The Scansilc 1824-SCANNO is a portable X-ray system designed to meet the specific needs of technicians who intervene rapidly for explosive device and bomb disposal. This device represents the future of portable x-ray radiography for tactical operations.

The Scansilc is designed for quick use and includes a small lightweight X-ray generator, a compact and robust detector panel and a tablet for viewing the images obtained.

A complete X-ray system weighs less than 5 kg and can be easily carried discreetly in a bag or small backpack.

The Scansilc detector panel produces a high-definition (76 micron) X-ray image, allowing operators to investigate suspicious objects with confidence. The detector panel is water and dust resistant – ideal for field operation and tough enough for CBRNE missions and decontamination – dust and water resistant – IP67 protection.

SCANNO mode is the innovative new way to use the portable X-ray system.

By using Automatic Exposure Detection (AED), the SCANNO configuration allows the X-ray panel and source to be placed at the target, the shot executed and the X-ray visualized in less than one minute.

With a clear image generated in seconds, it’s ideal for busy transportation hubs where unattended baggage requires quick inspection and for interventions that need to be carried out quickly and discreetly.
