MM2 is a mobile, rigidized GC-MS designed for mounting on mobile platforms. Capable of identifying industrial chemicals, mixtures, STL, narcotics, explosives, etc. in defense and homeland security applications.

MM2 can quickly identify most organic chemicals in any environment (soil, water, air). Specifications and performance are not limited to a selected range of chemicals. New libraries can be created and used by the user.

The detection limit for volatile organic compounds and volatile agents is from low ppb to low ppm depending on the analytical procedure.

Operation has been simplified, minimizing operator training requirements. The robust system has been specifically designed to be multi-role and can be easily mounted in both military and civilian vehicles.
