of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC, as controller, we are sending you this document to detail when and why we process your personal data, how we use it, the conditions class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In your capacity as legal representative, processor or contact person, we process your personal data for the following purposes:<\/p><ul><li>performance of the contract with the legal entity on whose behalf you are acting;<\/li><li>compliance with applicable rules, legal regulations, codes of conduct or guidelines or for law enforcement and cooperation with competent authorities (including, but not limited to, tax and judicial authorities).<br><br><\/li><\/ul><p>We process your personal data in order to perform the contract with the legal entity on whose behalf you are acting (which includes interactions prior to signing the contract) and to fulfill our obligations as contracting party.<\/p><p>In addition, we process your personal data in order to fulfill legitimate interests, for example:<\/p><ul><li>preventing, detecting and investigating crime, including fraud and money laundering or terrorist financing, as well as analyzing and managing business risks;<\/li><li>in connection with any claim, action or proceeding (including, but not limited to, drafting and reviewing documents, preparing settlement documentation, obtaining legal advice and facilitating the resolution of disputes) and\/or to protect or exercise our contractual and legal rights and obligations;<\/li><li>cooperation with public authorities and institutions;<\/li><li>managing and preparing internal reports, requesting information\/responses or participating in surveys, as well as conducting research and\/or analysis for statistical or other purposes so that we can determine our products, understand customer behavior, preferences and market trends, and to review, develop and improve the quality of our products.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0169dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b0169dc\" data to third parties, for example:<\/p><ul><li>Contracting Parties and their banks in connection with any transfer of funds;<\/li><li>companies providing us with insurance and\/or re-insurance services;<\/li><li>service providers (e.g. courier, telecommunications, IT, payments, processing, training, storage, archiving);<\/li><li>any business partner, investor, transferee (actual or potential) to facilitate business asset transactions (which may include a merger, acquisition, debt or sale);<\/li><li>professional advisors, such as auditors or lawyers;<\/li><li>regulatory authorities,<\/li><li>professional bodies and\/or public authorities to comply with applicable regulations;<\/li><li>auctioneers, valuers or other third parties in connection with purchases, sales, loans or credits.<\/li><\/ul><p><br>We will transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area only in compliance with applicable legal provisions, applying appropriate safeguards and class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Unless otherwise provided by law, you have the following rights:<\/p><ul><li>the right of access, i.e. the right to obtain a confirmation from us that we are processing your personal data, as well as access to your personal data and to be provided with information about how we process it; <\/li><li>the right to rectification, which concerns the correction, without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data and\/or the completion of incomplete data;<\/li><li>the right to erasure\/right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to erasure without undue delay of personal data collected, if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and there is no other legal basis for the processing, the data were collected unlawfully or the data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation;<\/li><li>the right to restriction of processing, which applies if (i) you contest the accuracy of your personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of processing instead, (iii) we no longer need your personal data but you request it for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim, (iv) you have objected to the processing for the period of time during which it is ascertained whether our legitimate interests in processing your personal data override your rights;    <\/li><li>the right to object to processing, unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for processing your data which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;<\/li><li>the right of portability, i.e. your right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us for the purposes indicated herein in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to have this data sent to another controller;<\/li><li>the right to submit a complaint to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANSPDCP) at the postal address b-dul.
